How far in advance should I book?
We recommend reaching out at least 3–6 months before your trip, especially for peak season (June–September). However, we’ve pulled off incredible last-minute trips too, just get in touch and we’ll see what’s possible.
What budget should I plan for?
We work with a wide range of budgets and build each journey around what makes sense for you. Our pricing model is straightforward: we package all services together, so you see the full picture upfront with no hidden costs.
Planning fees rarely apply. In the occasional case where a project requires extensive coordination before any bookings are confirmed, we might discuss a consultation fee. If that happens, it’s fully credited toward your trip if you decide to move forward.
The total investment depends entirely on your choices: where you stay, which experiences you select, the level of exclusivity you’re after. We’re completely transparent about costs from the beginning, so you can make informed decisions at every step.
Can I modify my itinerary once it's designed?
Completely. Your journey is yours to shape from the very first conversation. We start with a blank canvas, not a template.
Every detail reflects your preferences, pace, and priorities.
Once reservations are confirmed, adjustments are still possible but may involve additional costs depending on what changes. Hotels, restaurants, and private experiences often have their own cancellation policies. Our concierge team will handle the logistics and let you know what’s feasible and what fees might apply.What is the personal travel journal?
It’s a beautifully designed booklet that includes your full itinerary, maps, curated restaurant picks, local tips, emergency contacts, and personal notes from your designer. Think of it as your trip companion.
