These partners are contractually committed to respecting data confidentiality and security.

6. Retention Period

Data is retained for:

  • Prospect data: 3 years from last contact
  • Client data: duration of contractual relationship, then archived for 5 years
  • Contractual documents: 10 years from case closure per accounting obligations
  • Payment data: 13 months after transaction (except in case of dispute)
  • Cookies: maximum 13 months

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

Olea Voyages implements all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure information security: data encryption, secure European hosting, restricted and authenticated access, HTTPS protocols, regular backups, etc.
