We collect only data strictly necessary to manage our relationships with clients and prospects, including: 

• Full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number
• Postal address, email, telephone number
• Payment information required for billing (encrypted and secured)
• Travel project information (destinations, dates, preferences, budget, accommodation choices, dietary preferences, interests, special requests, etc.)
• Health data: allergies, specific medical needs, reduced mobility (only with explicit consent)
• Browsing data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, visit duration, etc.)

• Internal Olea Voyages staff authorized to process it

These partners are contractually committed to respecting data confidentiality and security.

Data is retained for:

• Prospect data: 3 years from last contact
• Client data: duration of contractual relationship, then archived for 5 years
• Contractual documents: 10 years from case closure per accounting obligations
• Payment data: 13 months after transaction (except in case of dispute)
• Cookies: maximum 13 months

After these periods, data is deleted or anonymized.

Olea Voyages implements all necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure information security: data encryption, secure European hosting, restricted and authenticated access, HTTPS protocols, regular backups, etc.
