The Bastide du Mourre is a sanctuary of wellbeing set in a former hamlet, where old stone buildings sit among gardens and nature. A yoga shala, lumipod treatment spaces in nature, and a heated pool complete the setting.

The journey, day by day

Each day unfolds at its own pace.

A week shaped by rhythm, discovery, and ease. Each day reveals a different facet of Provence, from quiet morning practices to curated encounters with the region’s culture, landscapes, and gastronomy. Nothing rushed, nothing forced, just a natural flow between movement, exploration, and time to simply be.
Day 01

Arrival & Welcome

Arrive and settle in. Take time to unwind before gathering for a gentle yoga session designed to release travel. As the sun begins to lower, enjoy a game of pétanque followed by an aperitif together, before sharing your first dinner in a relaxed Provençal setting.

Day 02

Wander & Kitchen

Start with yoga, then explore Saint-Rémy de Provence with our chef, strolling through local food boutiques and specialty shops and discovering the artisans and seasonal produce that shape Provençal cuisine. Continue into a hands-on cooking class, where you’ll learn to prepare classic French and Provençal dishes, followed by a long, leisurely lunch. The late afternoon is left free to rest, wander, or simply enjoy the surroundings of the Bastide.
Day 03

Rest & Craft

Begin with yoga, followed by a free morning to enjoy the property: swim, book a massage, or walk in the surrounding countryside. After lunch, meet a local artisan for a creative workshop before heading to a beautiful village for a gastronomic dinner.

Day 04

Vines & Village

Begin the day with morning yoga before heading into the heart of Provence’s wine country. Enjoy an exclusive winemaking experience where you blend a wine that’s entirely your own, followed by a picnic among the vines. In the afternoon, wander through the village of Lourmarin, one of the region’s most elegant and vibrant villages.
Day 05

Terroir & Truffles

Yoga to begin, then into the oaks for a truffle hunt, followed by a meal built entirely around what you find. The afternoon drifts to l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, the Venice of Provence, before a farewell dinner at the bastide.

Day 06

Farewell

A final morning on the mat as the light rises. A last swim or massage, followed by a slow breakfast before time to simply be, closing a beautifully curated week of wellness and discovery.

Nicola

Nicola is the co-founder of Olea Voyages and loves sharing the beauty of Provence with travelers from around the world. A passionate yoga practitioner, she is often on the mat alongside Céline, her own teacher. This retreat brings together two of her greatest passions: creating meaningful experiences and embracing a slower, more intentional way of living.
Your yoga teacher

Céline

Céline discovered yoga later in life, after a childhood spent practicing gymnastics. Drawn by the depth of the practice beyond the physical postures, she completed her 200-hour teacher training to deepen her understanding of yoga’s philosophy, alignment, and traditions. Today, she teaches in her own studio, a variety of styles, including Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Yin Yoga, adapting her classes to the needs and energy of her students.

Most of our guests arrive solo, and that is exactly how the magic happens. From the very first evening, the welcome and the pétanque, the group eases into a warm, easy rhythm. You are free to join everything, or to steal a quiet moment by the pool whenever you like.
