Step inside your six days in Provence
An authentic luxury bastide, wrapped in olive groves and vines.
The Bastide du Mourre is a sanctuary of wellbeing set in a former hamlet, where old stone buildings sit among gardens and nature. A yoga shala, lumipod treatment spaces in nature, and a heated pool complete the setting.
Each day unfolds at its own pace.

Your questions, answered with care
Who is this trip for? Am I too old, or too young?
It is open to women who are 18 years old and older. The retreat is a blend of discovery and wellbeing, so you don’t need to be an athlete, though good general fitness will help you to fully enjoy it.
Who will I be traveling with?
You’ll be part of an intimate circle of no more than 15 women, all drawn to the same experience. Three months before the retreat, we open a private group so you can connect, share what you’re hoping for, and arrive already feeling at home together.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our cancellation policy is designed to work alongside our payment plan. As we begin making payments to our local partners well in advance, payments already made are non-refundable.
For added peace of mind, we work with a trusted insurance partner who offers trip cancellation and travel medical insurance to help protect your investment.
What level of yoga do I need?
All levels are welcome. Céline adapts each class so it stays accessible to everyone, while still offering more technical postures for those who want them. No prior experience needed.
I've never taken a group trip before. Will I enjoy it?
Most of our guests arrive solo, and group sizes are kept small and intimate. You are hosted and looked after throughout, free to join everything or take a quiet moment whenever you like. Many guests leave with friendships that outlast the trip.
